Very good
Great instructional on how to chain techniques into a basic flow
Bouhey's instructionals are always fantastic. And they are short and to the point with excellent instruction.
I like to this one.
In my mind Jiu jitsu is a movement problem. This video gave me some new ideas that immediately helped me to move better on the mats. I've always said that submissions are easy to find, but isolating limbs is difficult. The more limbs one can invariably isolate the more submissions they will catch. Intelligent movement is how we isolate limbs. This series offers plenty of ideas that move one to those advantageous positions. one can never get to good connecting positions and attacks
Really excited that Joel put this together. I’ve been using this flowchart for classes and the class enjoys it. Not just learning a move, but how the move works in conjunction with other moves.
J. B. delivers a series where you can get an idea how you should start implementing flow roliing into your game, which in my opinion is one of the hardest subjects in jiu jitsu. The techniques are well chosen and the follow ups within section are based on common reactions of educated jiu jitsu players. You can also watch this like a movie to get a good overall and positonal understanding/underständing of the differen spots in jiu jitsu. Recommend!
Great instructional to get you ready to chain multiple positions into a flow. I use to feel lost searching for the next move, now I have successfully trained 20 3 -4 step moves with submissions.
I thought this would be a more complicated series of flow drills. Joel breaks it all down with easy to follow instruction! This is a great N0-GI flow series! I recommend for anyone wanting to add more flow to their chart!
Packed with great flows input
must watch this to add to your game
Well made, but not my cup of tea. Realised that it's best to come up with my own flowchart, more suitable to your body type, speed, bjj style. Well made though and I am sure some people will find it useful. Videos well made.
Nice transitions and sequences!
Great video to tie together techniques that flow together well. I started using the flows as a part of my warm up and I find it helps get my mind focused before at tournaments.
Helped me through my learning curve as a new white belt and understand the game. Need a Part 2 Joel make it happen! 🙌
I have used these combos in my rolls and it has been very helpful Gi and no GI
If you have trouble sequencing your moves of human chess, this video is for you.
Great way to learn linking moves together
Joel Bouhey is helpful and I love the idea of flowcharting
Great video - chaining the techniques is the key. From here, you don’t have to start from scratches
value for money

It's great for me as a newbie, I'm able to go straight into things without thinking and keep up with the younger more experienced guys.
