This is one of the best instructional I have seen - very clear, and each move builds on the principles earlier in the video. most importantly it is practical - was able to hit the first attack in my very first roll after watching it! I really hope he puts out a heap more vids!

Great, entertaining instruction!
Learned so many different ways to manipulate lapels to go for the choke. Instruction is clear and entertaining. Easy to stay focused and easy to learn. The look on other white belts faces when i start wrapping them in lapels is priceless.

Creative lapel choke options
Had watched a few of Miko's video's prior to getting this instructional. I love lapel chokes so I figured this would be right up my alley and I was not disappointed. Miko always has some creative tricks that I can easily incorporate into the stuff I already do. If you like lapel choke you will love this instructional.

Highly Entertaining and Educational
I am fan of Miko and have followed his IG for a long time. This instructional takes it to the next level and gives him more time to present and go over his techniques. His personality and energy have more time to shine through as well and it is easy to stay engaged throughout the instructional.
