Information is amazing!
This instructional covers leg locks from top to bottom in great depth with precision.
You want a complete and thorough instructional with concepts and necessary details? Danaher is your guy. Worth every penny!
Hard to beat this classic gem. Looking forward to a New Wave refresh but this is a must have.
great video, best BJJ instructional I've ever watched
Excellent instructional.
Great intro to the main leglocking positions. The approach is very linear and systematic, which makes everything easily understandable and facilitates information retention.
Exceptional stuff taught very concise and allows you to understand the position

NICE!!
mind blowing knowledge
Overall this is a great conceptual introduction to leglocks. There are some positions that are clearly missing such backside leglock positions as well as the whole z-lock system. Would be great to get an updated version.
This is awesome and filled with so much detail and theory!
This Video helped me as a leglock beginner to understand the basic concepts of the game.
at first, I thought John Danaher was going to bore me with long monologues, beating around the bush alluding to his days as a professor, however, with every extra word he adds I find myself starving for more. I am addicted to this Content because he has a linear path to his instructional starting at the beginning. And even if he doesn't include every technique possible, I know that he's giving me a framework to add more on top of.
text book leg lock
everything that John Danaher does is really meticulous and systematic in is approach.. and what about BJJfanatics.com you would say? well, the apps is really helpful, easy to access the videos. And you can even download them. which is really awesome in itself. and with that said, my BJJ got even better by tenfold, seriously I'm taping younger and higher belt than me me.
lot of details, i really like the breaking mechanics details, i can see the results when i roll
I enjoy both the technique and the teaching method
Finally got to start through this instructional. The detail right off the bat is unreal! Love the teaching style!
love the site
In my opinion, Professor John is the best coach in the world. This course starts the system. From 2018 to 2023, I still review the course as my jiu-jitsu library. Highly recommend to everyone. Let's enter the system.
I'm new to bjjfanatics but it's awesome. Great opportunity to have access to such great info. System works well, user friendly and nicely layed out.
love it
