• Very Popular for a Reason

  This was my second instructional on heel hooks (first by craig jones), and may I say wow. The clarity and detailed knowledge brought Danaher brings to the table is second to none. Before I knew nothing about the use of multiple ashi garamis for different purposes or had any idea of how to control a leg lock entanglement. John has 10xxed my knowledge on the subject and I cannot wait to train this stuff. Worth every penny.

  This is such an important and pivotal instructional and acts as a full step by step curriculum to build up a world class leg lock system. It is highly conceptual - seems more so than Danaher’s later instructionals and doesn’t cover the straight Footlock / ankle lock so I’ve docked one star for that.

• Improved my game from day 1

  Highly detailed instructions let me put some concepts to use from day 1. I had basic concepts of the leg lock game, but some of the little details made me go from 20 percent to 75 percent success rate. Pair this with Craig Jones leg locks from down under and you will see improved sucess.

  Tremendous instructional. Danaher speaks in a way that is easily digestible due to it being based around concepts. In addition to that, the techniques are very detailed. Every aspect is covered. Overall, definitely worth the money. Any and everyone should get something out of this!

  This is the perfect example of an instructional. Professor Danahar explains setups and entries into techniques, how to perform the technique, the principles behind the techniques, breaks down the leglock metagame, and makes an entire gameplan at the same time. It’s truly a top tier series.
