The level of detail in this instructional series is amazing. John Danaher goes I to every detail of the leg lock game. You can't absorb all the information the first viewing. You'll learn fundamentals, entries, control, numerous submissions, potential problems and solid solutions. Before I purchased this content, my leg lock understanding was superficial, now I feel I have a much deeper understanding that I can apply.

I learned leglocks from Frank Shamrock back in the 90’s. I got away from it to focus on fundamentals especially passing. Now as a purple belt I recently started reworking some of my old techniques and found Danahers game the perfect update and introduction to what the modern leg game looks like.

This is easily the best instructional I've ever seen. It is systematically broken down and deals with the common defenses seen when applying leg locks. There is a TON of information and will take you weeks to truly understand all the material there. john breaks down the absolute fundamentals for beginners interested in leg locks. I'm a purple belt, but a white belt in legs. This will definitely improve my game.

Danaher is an instructor's instructor. As usual this series is comprehensive, detailed and systematic-the way real BJJ should be taught. There is no scrimping on the length (as too many BJJ Fanatics products do) and you are truly receiving world class instruction with all the details.
