  Professor Danaher made me realize that moves leading up to a leg lock is as important as the leg lock itself. Well made and superb concepts. Will definitely help a newbie like me get better. This is the first offensive move that I ever execute on more experienced grapplers that I can execute better. Thanks to this video, I know I will just get more relaxed doing Leg Locks.
