Well organized Succinct Clear and concise Excellent material and techniques for advanced and beginners
Craig's instructional style is excellent: good details, multiple viewpoints, engaging commentary and realistic techniques. Good insight into Craig's overall philosophy on BJJ as well.
I've been developing my half guard over the past year and found this content really helpful in taking my game to another level, Z guard is the knee shield, Craig has some really good points and is a good teacher, he breaks everything down into simple terms.
Craig Jones knows his stuff. This tutorial is very informative and he makes it easy to understand.
Modern Z-guard strategies and techniques. Craig is the man.

Excellent instructional to everyone who likes to play half guard.
5*
best knee shield/z guard out there
z guard is a position you always end up in, so I find it good to review options every once in a while
Craig is the best. blue belt heaven here
awesomeness
Craigs instructionals are always a balance between in depth and funny!
x guard
Craig demonstrates why we should not be afraid to use Z guard. He shows sweeps, attacks, defense, transitions to make a complete system we can use as a principal BJJ strategy.
I've bought most of Craig's instructional and this one is my favorite (power bottom is a close second).
This instructional is a deep-dive into all the various scenarios that develop from a z-guard position. It has made me much more confident in rolling with bigger, stronger opponents because I now have a better idea of how to counter their pressure and use it against them.
awesome
Jones is among the best teachers, and his sense of humor makes all of his instructionals more fun than the rest.
This instructional is really helpful because it has a great focus on retention from z guard. The attacks are great but honestly this helped me most understand how to better pass a low knee shield when on top, and also how to prevent those passes while on bottom. This isn't the be all end all position, and Craig is honest about that, but I mean it's a low knee shield half guard, quite easy to get to, great retention tool, and springboards off into further attacks into the legs or other scrambles. Great stuff.
A really good course.
