Awesome dvd set. With detailed explanation and a good sense of humour. Of course the dvds are great in a technical sens and are easy to look at and to come back to if needed.

A worthwhile instructional if you play a lot of Z guard and are looking for more options. My only criticism is that there is not rolling footage included.

Lots of great info -- both broad concepts and specific details. Was able to incorporate a lot into my game pretty quickly. I wish there was a little more about how to move from Z guard into other guards, but happy with the instructional overall.

This instructional helped a lot to transfer my half guard gi game into the nogi world. In depth explanations and it covers many different positions. Craig is actually a great instructor!

I'm a huge fan of Z Guard, and everything Craig Jones does! This particular instructional covers some things I have never seen anywhere else, and things I was desperately looking for. In particular the Z guard passing and counters to them was very helpful to me. I highly recommend checking this out if this is a big part of your game, if you're looking to add it! :)
