Great details as always
Amazing
Possibly the best instructional I’ve purchased. So much good instruction. Love how John has 2 guys working with him so he can instruct while they perform the moves.
These videos changed my game from this position. I highly recommend them.
alles von ihm ist super
Fantastic and informative information
Great video
I have struggled with the shoulder crunch for many years with no success. I have watched many videos on YouTube but still struggled to hold onto it. With in the first ten minutes John showed me exactly what I was doing wrong. Then he showed a whole bunch more that I didn’t know I needed to know. NO ONE TEACHES THE FUNDAMENTALS CONCEPTS OF A MOVE LIKE JOHN DANAHER. This is why I keep commenting back to his Instructionals. Highly recommend as always.
A deep dive into the shoulder crunch. Extremely detailed as always with JD!
cutting edge ideas from danaher w the shoulder crunch system...offers great no gi control
Great instructional for butterfly guard players for the GOAT coach. Learned a lot, much recommended!
Great instructional
This was an awesome video, I loved it, and am beginning to put it to use in training. After you start using the moves, you’ll find more and more opportunities where your opponents hands are on the mat, and you can get a good shoulder crunch.
Amazing instructional!
In depth look at how Gordon swept Buchecha
Good overview to understand basics and advanced concepts.

Amazing!
Now, my Sumi Gaeshi is a primary weapon, not a backup. When the initial sweep doesn't land, the system immediately provides a high-percentage transition into leg locks or upper body submissions. This series is absolutely essential for anyone looking to build a reliable, sequential attack system from the Butterfly Guard in No-Gi. Highly recommended!
John with another ******
This series on the shoulder crunch position is completely changing my game and my approaches to how I perform moves involving the shoulder crunch. I always find myself in this position, but I've always felt like I needed to attain more knowledge. As usual, Danaher never fails to disappoint, and I hit this same Sumi Gaeshi on a 230 lbs. D1 wrestler today at practice while weighing at 162 lbs. This is a terrific series for me to obtain knowledge to teach my students as well as for me to continue learning and hitting it in competition as well!
