Not as good as butterfly insrructionals though
arm angle and pushing action of the same side leg sweep.
Really good and easy to follow along.
This video series is succinct, almost to a point where it feels like details are being left out. Perhaps there just isn’t that much to shoulder crunch, but it did feel a bit cheeky with some Volumes being barely 20 minutes long.
Nice
Another ****** from the best in the business. Like a toaster in the tub, this one’s a killer! Strong no gi grips are few and far in between, master the few that matter for the greatest outcomes.
A brilliant deep dive into the DDS signature move. John gives his comprehensive breakdown o the move with entries, follow ups when being stifled and complete mechanical details....incredible from mr Danaher once again.
So many amazing details and superb articulation on theory and execution. Highly recommend
I have always wanted to master the shoulder crunch position and I believe that this instructional will be a perfect tool. John's DVD'S have always been game changers to my no gi game and this instructional will be no exception. Techniques shown are well explained, suitable at all levels.

Great instructional Well organized Great for beginners and advanced practitioners.
This is the instructional that can be a game canger, because the shoulder crunch is in my opinion is one of the strongest possitions in no gi jiu-jitsu. I hope I will be able to find solutions to my issues.
