• Pinch Headlock for Old Guys

  It’s essentially the “Pinch Headlock for Old Guys.” I’m a tall, old brown belt and I do a poor imitation of Roger Gracie’s game. Everyone at my gym knows it. This is a nice compliment to my “A game.” I’m always battling to control posture from guard and this instructional contains a lot of nice details on controlling your opponents head and arm simultaneously. I especially like the details on how to use modified butterfly hooks to attack your opponent’s base to keep them off balance. It’s a great way to exhaust opponents from the guard and maintain control, which a big part of my game as a guy pushing 50 since my low back doesn’t always appreciate it when I attempt single legs.

  Titel is Content! 100 % In his signature manner he is giving an overall idea of his approach. Then he goes into set ups and backtakes. Especially from pisitions where you might think of you would lose control quickly. He shows how to avoid and maintain!
