Helped me a lot understand what I need to do in bad positions and made me fear them less and helped me improve by a lot as a beginner! Thanks John!
I have studied New Wave’s material for years and have come to expect great things and as usual I was not disappointed!
Excellent. I find the detail John goes into with clear explanations & reasons why movements are used invaluable & helpful.
Amazing
Fantastic details on escapes and what you and your opponent need at each turn
Will take you to nect level
Although long and drawn out sometimes when explaining the technique I feel it ends up worth it because you learn the why behind the technique
Good escapes slick entries
Good insight into leg entries
Like so many of John’s products you could spend a year learning all the material in the instructional just to start. The principles are absolutely essential to having a complete powerful game. Excellent
Solid game changing material. Easy to implement!!
great info
I really enjoyed the idea of using a positional escape to set up a counter attack instead of just going back to closed guard. It is no-gi focused, but much can be applied to gi as well. Definitely worth the cost.
John Danaher's systematic approach is second to none.
