• It will change your game.

  I am a top player, and I thought that this instructional would give me a few tricks I could pull out on the guys at the gym. What it really gave me was an existential crisis that completely changed the way I approach the mount. If you want a few flashy tricks find another instructional. If you want to develop a solid universal mount game you can use on white to black belts you cant go wrong here.
