At this point in my jiu jitsu journey, I'm trying to tighten up and refine my game. This instructional sh I especially you how to start building your game (or if you're coaching, someone else's game) from the ground up and in the most efficient way possible. If building a system of control and attack that constantly keeps your opponents on the run is what you're looking for, this is it. I'm now going to have to go back through all of John's instructionals from leg locks to the latest because my understanding and perception of bjj has changed and evolved to the point I see all the mistakes I made along the way. John is the perfect instructor for helping you find your game.

This instructional is by far one of the most in depth you can get. The things John teaches are not so complicated that a newbie like myself can not add to their game immediately. This instructional is bound to make any player great from the side pin position putting your opponent and training partners in so many procarious situations it'll be hard to defend.

Amazing Instrutional! Side control has always been my favourite position. However staying in side control and submitting good defensive people is something I have struggled with. This video provides the answers. It's about getting to a control position and breaking down their defensive structure before going for the submission. Game changer!
