  As always John breaks everything down and gives great detail so you can understand why you are doing a particular thing which really helps you master the move... too much too say... if you like a lot of detail John gives it in all his videos... I play the videos on 1.25 speed as there is a lot of content... overall reall good.

  I purchased this instructional at the encouragement of my instructor about two years ago and I have worked through it thoroughly with my training partners. The concepts are simple and easy to apply and the pins open up a world of submission opportunities. This instructional led to my first no-gi tournament victory as well! Cannot recommend it highly enough! Worth noting, the concepts and options pair very nicely with Danaher's 4x4 Mount series as well. The combination of the two systems has wildly improved my top game!
