Great Instructional Course !!
This is an excellent course!! Instructor Torres has a clear speaking Voice, has good explanations of the details of the technique he is showing. The video is clear with multiple angles and good sound The course has 4 sections and the 4th section goes over submissions

JT Torres is such an amazing teacher. He exactly knows how to balance details with overall concepts of certian positions. He really opend my eyes in terms of distance and pressure management. so in fact because of this instructional I really started to understand when to do which movement/move and how to prepare it to stay safe even if I break some of the general principles of jiu jitsu for a partucular timespot. Furthermore it as amazing that I am really able to do all this techniques although I am a quite anflexible guy with some knee and hip issues in terms of mobility. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely must have fundamentals instructional for no gi. Solid blend of techniques from all positions from passing to position to submission. JT Torres is also a phenomenal teacher.

Solid fundamentals and logic behind the instructional. Know the small details that make the big differences. It’s the 80/20 rule of 20% will dictate 80% of the outcome of the matches, gym, tournament-solid.
