Great course to know how to do an adaptation to the Judo throws to no gi. Rick Hawn explains the things easily besides. But you will proabably need to have experience in Judo, at least some months 👍�

I marked good because things can always be better but overall very efficient techniques. Practice makes perfect.
at this price great deal
for me it would be a 4 star instructional, really good and solid but there's a lot of more interesting stuff on Bjjfanatics. but - and it's a great "but" - the price is more than fair: it's absolutely cheap for the amount of knowledge shared. can you find better source here? sure. can you find better or equal sources at a better price? I really doubt

Rick goes over several throws and gives the details on how to make them work. It isn't long, but the material is good and well explained.
