The Switch: Wrestling Applied to BJJ by Dinu Bucalet
The instructional gives som great counters for single and double legs and rugby passing etc. just by holding on to the opponents thigh. The offensive 2nd part lowers the overall score since some of the moves feels somewhat low percentage.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Tips and tricks from the two-sport double champ
Total Striking Control by Alex "Po Atan" Pereira
Poatan is one of the greatest strikers of all time, and this is a brief intro to what makes him great. It’s relatively short and easy to follow, and has some nice info about how he sets up his famous left hook and leg kicks. Potential buyers should be aware that it’s obviously in Portuguese, but the closed captioning is generally good and I didn’t feel that this was a detriment to my enjoyment/understanding.

10 for 10 Yoga by Sebastian Brosche
One of the things that separates casual practitioners and dedicated athletes is conditioning and physical preparation, and stretching is a very underrated part of that. This course has some useful info on stretching and recovery, and given that it’s free, there’s literally no excuse not to watch it.

Weight Training For Grappling by Michael Israetel
I followed Dr. Mike on youtube. I liked his grounded, but well-researched approached to fitness and nutrition. I was delighted to hear he was also a black belt in jiu-jitsu and he brought that analytical program building to bjj. It's one of the most purposeful programs on the site and recommend it for anyone looking to improve offensive capabilities, injury pervention, and recovery on the mat and in the weight room.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:First Princples Escapes
First Principles Escapes: Headlocks, Side Control & North South by Stephen Whittier
I liked this instructional because it is pretty detailed. It answered many quesions about the iron pillow that John Frankl's instructional left out. Many instructionals only scratch the surface of the topic of what the instructor is teaching and leaves viewers with much unanswered "what if's" but Whittier did a good job with the iron pillow concept. I do wish though that he would have added live footage of himself using the iron pillow in an actual roll.
