Escapes from Everywhere by Bernardo Faria
This is great. I'm really bad at escapes, and I think this will help me greatly. With all the baddest competitions showing the offense nowadays, we're missing out important, defense details that we won't see much in competition videos. If you can't find it in YouTube or in your gym, this will save your neck by a mile-shot. It's a great start in BJJ!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Excellent
Exit The System by Garry Tonon

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Omoplata Everywhere
Omoplata Everyone by Bernardo Faria
As this is one of my favourite bjj moves, sometimes i was disappointed with the fact that only in rare occasions i would be able to apply it. This instructional showed me that omoplata is possible for almost every position and there's many strategies to easy the position! Strongly recommend for those that like the omoplata position as well as i do.

Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
My regular training partners is 7 years younger than me and I've begun to slow. This video has helped me to recover guard effectively and negate the advantages of a younger, faster training partner. If you end up in positions that requires quick effective escapes, then this comes highly recommended from me.

Battle Tested Pressure Passing by Bernardo Faria
I was both fortunate and unfortunate enough to have trained and rolled with Bernardo and I can guarantee you by the way my body felt afterwards was like I was hit by a Mack truck! Lol his top pressure techniques felt like he weighed 1000 pounds. Oss! Bruce Singer

Bernardo is the man! Good details. Being a bigger guy at 220 its nice to be able to use gravity plus your weight in order to pass some of these tougher guard players.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Phil is one of the best Strength & Conditioning Coaches in the Industry
Phil knows what he's talking about and is one of the best in the industry. His own experience within BJJ alongside his experience coaching numerous UFC fighters and other combat sport athletes including BJJ and judo means his knowledge of how to program strength & conditioning for BJJ is invaluable. Definitely worth investing in, but would also check out his Ground Control 12 week program for a comprehensive program that puts everything together and is structured to fit around your actual bjj training. This is BJJ-SPECIFIC S&C, not your average bodybuilding program.

Battle Tested Pressure Passing by Bernardo Faria
Huuugee honor for me to be writing this :) For background: I've been doing BJJ for very little time before coronavirus shut my school down. I always get stuck in top position which I don't mind but passing the legs is always difficult. I got this video and I really enjoy the 4th video. I started by looking at the 4th video because Bernardo does about an hour long of commenting during live rolls where he uses pressure passing how to get there. I then been looking at the other videos and I think I'm learning to connect things. I think it's awesome how he has that live rolling commentary. Thank you so much! I can't wait to get back and put this to work!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great Instructional - Carrying on the CACC Legacy
Catch Wrestling Takedowns by Jake Shannon
As an avid fan of CACC style grappling I was immediately interested when I first saw this video was being released. Unfortunately CACC is an under-appreciated form of grappling but has a lot of useful techniques that can be incorporated into a well rounded grappling skillset. The relative scarcity of resources and dedicated schools/instructors compared to BJJ means that there is a risk of losing some of this knowledge so instructionals such as this one are exceptionally valuable. Luckily the contents of the video live up to this responsibility. Jake and Sam go through the techniques in detail and share lots of finer points that really help illustrate some of the key differences between CACC takedowns vs other grappling forms. Their reverence in carrying on the lessons from mentor Billy Robinson is evident as is their passion for the art form. Whatever grappling martial art you train in you will find something of value in this video that you will be able to give yourself an edge. This is easily one of my favourite instructionals and hopefully the first of many.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Excellent analysis of Side Control
Side Control Setups & Submissions by Bernardo Faria
This is a very good series in techniques to use from and with Side Control. I really like that there are low risk options where you can still retain good position, and more high risk ones if you like to be aggressive. As always Bernardo explains things clearly and simply and it's easy to understand. Very enjoyable!
