I'm so happy Mikey M has videos. I'm a 1 year white belt and need to work on my guard retantion. Mikey is the one of the best to learn from. Mikey gives amazing tips and information here.

Mikey delivers as usual but this is his first or one of the first instructionals he made. This means it isn't as straightfoward or polished as the others but there's great information regardless.

The approach that Mike gives is very interesting. I liked how the instructional didn't start with a introduction, it simply started with the technique & Musumeci follows introducing the different concepts of guard recovery & knee cut defense
