Great instructional for all levels. At my still very low level even just the idea of addressing where the power is in the pass and addressing it correctly with correct frames etc. is huge, let alone all the entries to attacks and back takes he covers as well. This instructional is one that I know I can keep coming back to and will only get more from as my own jiu jitsu gets better.

I really enjoy Mikey's style of teaching and his use of concepts in this video. He is able to describe the underlying "why" a technique works without getting off track from demonstrating the "how." Very good value in this video!
