There are so many great nuggets of information in this instructional it's hard to talk about just one. Because of how densely packed it is with good insights I highly recommend watching it and then re-watching it. Truly great instructional.
Waldos knowledge regarding striking for MMA is second to none in my opinion. If you listen to the things he says in the course you will get a good insight to that knowledge and how it can help you raise your awareness and fight IQ. To some extent it can be lost in translation since his partner in the videos has an extensive karate background which puts a certain flare on the demonstrations, but nonetheless you understand where Waldo is coming from and what he wants to teach. The section on takedowns and ground and pound where Waldo demonstrates techniques and tactics himself is truly excellent, and he adresses specific common problems and how to avoid them. Masterclass!
Very good instructional.
