• Rody lock: the nick rodriguez body lock system.

  Great instructions, easy to follow. I was able to start techniques immediately and start passing pretty consistently with people my level and below. And give a hard time to people slightly higher. Because of my age (46) passing a bunch of super athletic 20 year olds guard was ****. This definitely put me on an even playing field.
