again mr. danaher takes on a different subjects and delivers a great instructional.
Perhaps not as comprehensive as the feet to floor series but a very good all round instructional that gets to the main point quickly.
I’ve got a lot of John stuff can’t go wrong
Exceptional like all other Prof Danaher videos. Immediately applicable and complimentary to his lower body takedown instructional.
very helpful for standing game!!!
Everything you could want to know about takedowns from underhook, overhook, bodylock etc.
The best tutorial for learning upperbody takedowns safely out there
great details
Incredible, just made an incredible advantage on the mat
Great Instructional
John Danaher's Standing2Ground: Upper Body Takedowns is a masterclass in precision and technique. His clear instruction makes complex takedowns easy to understand and apply.
I like John Danaher teaching style if you like it too you can learn a lot about No Gi take downs from this instructional.
I'm almost 196 cm (6'5") and so sometimes its difficult for me to duck under the opponents arms. I like the upper body control and takedonws in standing position.
great details on the cowcatcher
Awesome
Once again John Danaher provides an instructional full of important details.
Great way of breaking down the upper body game in BJJ.
This series is without a doubt the best I have seen for the standing position. Any one of the videos in this series would be enough for you to have a very good takedown game. Any two is even better. And if you have all three it is all I think you will ever need for a very long time. This is probably the most valuable one of the series if you are already very competent in wrestling style takedowns, but they are all very good
Great instructional
Awesome explanation
Great detailed instructional, it has answers to many, especially when it comes to such throws as uchimata and latheral drops. If yo don't want to shoot for takedowns, this instructional is a must have.
Awesome upper *** throws. Great product for NoGi players
If you don’t like to shoot but want to improve the standing position… this is definitely for you. This became the centerpiece of my standing game.
Don’t sleep on this if you’re older/less athletic and worried about throws. Good section at the end just for us. Maybe get it on sale.
