Very good details for no gi. Thank you, John
This is the one I was waiting for its basically no gi judo
awesome instruction and content
good
don't sleep on the section for older athletes. works extremely well
solid information and detailed explanation
gotta love Danaher
Awesome DVD, as to be expected. Simple stuff that works. Would recommend if you're not a wrestler and your stand-up sucks.
Nice take downs
Great video! I highly recommend it for everyone.
Being an old guy with bad knees, single and double legs are not for me. This video is awesome and gives us a complete system to wrestle, even if you are not a wrestler. Thank you very much professor John Danaher.
Probably my favorite from the Standing2Ground series. No-Gi Judo is really underrated and this instructional shows it off in spades!
This instructional has taken my stand up game to have confidence where people think I use to wrestle.
Great details
Awesome!!!
Finally understood what's the reason for my uchi mata to work or not to work - after 8 years of BJJ and 10 years of judo. John's one of the very little people to really understand the mechanics of techniques. awesome!
Great stuff
Great Takedown material for older players!
I've only just started watching, full of details can't wait to really get in to it
good
great and detailed as usual from John Danaher
This has given me more takedown options as an athlete who did not wrestle prior to jiujistu.
