Very broad review of gripping in a wide variety of positional situations and examples of specific employment of each grip. Much more than mere gripping tutorial.
Travis stevens scientific instructional is the perfect instructional for reviewing grip fighting and hierarchy is a must have
I remember this was one of the first instructionals I bought, but I didn't get the full benefit of it then. It was helpful in learning the purposes of grips, but I didn't have a good enough fundamental knowledge for applying them effectively. Thankfully upon returning I can see this as a useful reference for how I can better use grips to achieve my aims more effectively. I'd recommend this one as a great addition to your enhancing your game, but probably not for brand newbies.
