Travis Stevens does an excellent job explaining the various grips work and how to utilize them effectively. I have seen a significant improvement in my game after implementing only a few of the concepts that are covered in this.

Travis gives an insane amount of detail into how gripping and off-balancing works in a gi.
This is the best and only place to learn gripping at this level. I had no idea how important the grip fight was until I watched this.
Amazing and in depth content
Sensei Travis Stevens shows how to grip in stand up and when playing guard. It is about how to set up as well as transform it into movements. Including seat belt from the back and kimura grips.

Aside from the best grip breaking tutorials I've ever seen, what really makes this series special is that Travis goes into depth on the purpose of each grip. There are so many wonderful nuggets of knowledge in here. Recommended for ANYONE who trains in with gi.
