Great instructional for a beginner like me. The drills are simple, clearly explained, and easy to follow, which made it less overwhelming to learn BJJ. I liked how everything is broken down step-by-step so I can actually understand and try it during training. It really helped me build confidence and get more comfortable on the mat. Definitely worth it if you’re just starting out.
Great details for the basic movements that many times are overlooked. Also shows the applications for escapes with those details. Very helpful
