Thanks Mr John for these instructional
Their rash guards are great, they have mesh ventilation and they hold up well at a great price.
Very well explained and detailed, with valuable information throughout. It’s clear that John puts real effort into demonstrating and breaking down each technique step by step. The pull-up routine, in particular, stands out for me as unique and especially useful.
I keep saying this over and over again. Thanks, John
Good video

Nice & Fit!
I know it will sound weird because those are basic moves but he will explain them and the reason they are used and I bet that after watching this instructional you will be a little bit surprised about your new knowledge about some moves that you already knew about. This instructional actually helped me improve those basic moves very well and I remained surprised about this. I really recommend this instructional even if you are an advanced belt.
It's free 🤗
He is on another level
Wow ! I wasn't expecting that an instructional about basic moves (moves that if you are a blue belt you know them very well) would give me so much advantage because they are explained in a way that gives you every single idea behind the move and the reason it's used. You may say that you know the basic moves but probably just like me you didn't really knew why they're used or when they are used. Trust me you won't regret watching this instructional !
He breaks every move down step by step, and he shows the application as well. He shows how those drills could/would be used in combat or competition. Beautiful!!!
excelente tutorial
good John video

Learn the basics!
Broken down to the most basic so that anyone can follow. You can see why John is regarded as the one of the best instructors in the game.
Wow!!!!
buen tutorial si se aprende
Amazing
I love the way this guy teaches every movement! He gives broad evidence and examples on why he is teaching the lesson. It is taking everything in me not to buy all of his lessons. John Danaher if I ever get the chance I am definitely going to Texas to go and learn in person! Worth the buy!
muy buen tutorial excelente
John gave us some great material. It's perfect for working at home.
This is a good introduction (and review) of basic movements that you can do without a partner. Danaher gives clear explanations on how to practice each movement and provides context - why and when. One note for any prospective buyer - these can be done at home but you would benefit more from practicing them on the mat if you have that option.
