A gem for the lovers of Kiwi accent. There are many interesting things here, in particular the explicit connection between the drills and actual bjj moves, but it could perhaps be done in a tad more concise way.
I have about 4 months of bjj under me, and these videos have been so useful in widening my understanding of bjj, and the movements required. Highly recommend if you're new and looking for a bit of explanation with your movements/skills.
