I like the way John Danaher teaches even the most basic moves thoroughly!
so essential and what a gift !
helpful
Je ne parle pas bien englais mais le cours est très imagé! Pas vraiment besoin de tout comprendre pour pouvoir progresser. (Je commence le jiu je suis super débutante haha)
John Danaher once again nails the instructional. If I had to pick only one instructional to buy ever, I'd pick this one - it's universally useful and packed with condensed information.
Fantastic analysis of solo drilling and it's imortance for enhancing your performance in a competitive environment.
Knowing how to improve even when you cannot go to the practice room is very useful !
Absolutely helpful!
If you broke your arm like I did, these will keep you busy for awhile.
Great instructional, I recommend it for everyone starting BJJ.
His name and reputation speaks for himself, any possible chance to gain just a tidbit of knowledge from him is a true investment. Got this for free but wouldn't hesitate to pay.
This video is long and in-depth, and is absolutely packed with valuable information. I took notes on every section and every fundamental movement demonstrated by Professor Danaher in order to develop a home routine for myself and my daughter as she preps for ADCC. John’s demonstrations and explanations of the purpose behind each movement make this instructional an absolute goldmine of knowledge, which we are applying to turn into skills.
All serious bjj practitioners should watch this
Loving the section on core strength and how it translates to jiu jitsu.
Obviously the instructional is jiu jitsu specific but as well as being a typically brilliant Danaher BJJ instructional it also works for general mobility and flexibility, which is particularly important for the older grappler!
Best video so far to practice.
Very good instructor, thoroughly explained!
Fantastic free video. Love John's teaching style. This instructional can definitely help me get better at fundamental movements that would enhance my overall bjj.
