John is absolutely brilliant in this video as usual. We’ve all been shown three or four of these moves already but merely as warm ups. In this video we are shown how to actually apply them in rolling and why they are not being used to their full potential when only practiced useless as warm up drills. Finally some context! This should be lesson one for everyone.

Helpful drills for getting through Covid! Thank you, John Danaher!
I am truly and utterly surprised that BJJ Fanatics and Danaher are giving this one away for FREE. Not only does Danaher show the fundamental movements in bjj he also covers their application in different situations. Great summary of BJJ in general. Well done to the team!
