Free content doesn’t come much better than this. Possibly the world’s best BJJ instructor giving away gems of info. A very good way of levelling up your skills if and when training partners are not available.
Respect John Danahers philosophy and achievements via his students. The lessons are clear and concise. The first World Record I trained for was Most Rounds of Jiu Jitsu. One day would be keen to train with John Danaher: there is a World Record for Longest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class! A solid addition to the knowledge base.
There is so much value in this videos
Great information from John Donaher once again.
To most practitioners these drills aren't anything new, but the level of detail Mr. Danaher goes into is fantastic. We all know that we SHOULD do these things, but not always WHY we should do them. Here's your answer. Great exercises and details for all levels.
This instruction was a real eye opener on what I should be doing on my days off.
The level of detail that this compilation has allows you to see more openings and identify opportunities that had been hiding in plain view all along. The depth of knowledge into each lesson gives you such an understanding of the details involved with each move it significantly increases your percentage of success in the leg lock game. Definitely worth the money to someone who wants to get in to the nitty gritty of every aspect from entry to control to finish.
Appreciate his ability to explain why certain movements are helpful instead of just telling you what to do. Have received feedback on quick and noticeable improvement since I started using these.
Nice to have solo at-home training during pandemic
It is a great series for all experience levels. It really highlights the fundamentals to make your escapes and counters more effective.
Solid video from a true legend. Helps me get my practice in when no one is available to train.
Very Good Training during Pandemic
A great overview of drilling, John also takes time to show the actual purpose of each drill which is enlightening for beginners.
I bought a home mat because of covid. Some of these drills I've done for warmups at my gym. I really like hearing Danaher's thoughts and perspective on all these movements especially.
The first video alone improved my warm up in a way that I can *directly* apply to improve my live rolls. THANKS!!
This has helped me find a few weak spots and focus on them. Great to keep sharp on off days and mobility. Well worth it.
This video helped me not go too stale during the lockdown. As always excellent instruction.
Great video to focus on basic and essential movements. I have incorporated this into my teaching and have seen a vast improvement in my students that do their “homework” of drilling these skills on their own.
Fantastic knowledge that I'm now grateful to become aware of.
These drills are essential to learning how to move your body in a functional way for BJJ. Must Have.
Great resource to maintain and better your skills when unable to get to a class. Excellent quality explanations and demonstrations of all drills. Thanks!

good practice. I use it successfully in practice
Very generous of John Danaher to release this video for free. In depth detail on fundamental movements that can be practiced at home. You're doing yourself a disservice if your a beginner and don't have this!
