Still learning something new everyday!
I really thought I understood these very basic movements until I watched this video. He explains a shrimping movement and demonstrates how well it works when properly executed. Mind blown by basics.
As usual, Danaher leaves no stone unturned. I also have his leg lock series. Thorough and detailed.
Very detailed & very useful, especially for anyone stuck inside during this mad time.
Absolutely brilliant content - not only the movements but the conception behind the movements. This is perfect for lockdown & i hope to be better when we get back on the mats
Perfect tool for being quarantined in your house!
Great instruction, I have found small details that I have left out, and it has improved many of my skills
As usual, this DVD is a gold. John pointed out the most important movements for BJJ and explained them in his typical fashion. I like that he implemented the Toes to the bar exercise, aka Hanging Leg Raise, at the end of the DVD. It is a great way to get a lot stronger overall. I would recommend to pair this with work from Pavel Tsatsouline and his Hard Style Abs program.
Helping keep me sane while I cant train.
During this period when the mats are closed, exercises help us to keep up the motivation. The drills are functional and the explanations are excellent. Congratulations.
Great solo training instructional. Excellent info for staying sharp during the shutdown. I'll be integrating the shadow rolling and strength training recommendations into my daily routine immediately. Many thanks to Mr. Danaher.
John Danaher is just an outstanding instructor
Great content!
I found John Danaher development in art to be the best bjj teacher in the world today
Well articulated instruction
Great stuff! Grateful for the support in this time.
Great also for a white belt like me, adding to my home workout ... watching the explanations also make me understand the principles better.
Excellent
All the warming drills we usually do get finally a sense and are well explained!
Great materials for a pandemic lockdown!
I've been doing these drills almost every day for a few weeks and am feeling great about getting back onto the mats when this covid has blown over. My core has already strengthened significantly by creating workout drills from these lessons, and my Turtle was also really bad before this and now I feel from drilling the session 2 exercises I have multiple options to stop opponents being able to take my back. The fact that this content is free is unfathomable. The great thing about this course is that during the downtime you the time to drill these exercises to an unconsciously competent level to implement in shadow sparring which I'm excited to be able to finally do. Thank you sir.
Very resourceful and professionally explained !!!!
Clear instructions.
I finally understand why I am doing the drills and movements I am doing and can visualize them in their practical application. Thanks!
Mr. Danaher gives excellent instruction in the fundamental movements of jui jitsu.
