As always, John Danaher is incredibly thorough and well spoken. As someone who still can’t train, the flexibility and dexterity John shows will undoubtedly help not only in the meantime, but even after I can get back to regular training.
Practical and very instructive. The content is great, the way the professor explains the material is top notch. Great tutorial!
Amazing how clear Danaher explains all the reasons behind every detail in each technique, it has improved my open guard game a lot!
Wiht The Master you Canada notre go wrong
John Danaher is truly an exceptional teacher. These solo BJJ training drills are really helpful for me because I work from home and I love to train. So during my time outside of the BJJ gym, I can still get in reps because training and practice is the key to get that muscles memory. Thank you Mr. Danaher and Mr. Faria for this video and website of amazing BJJ resources!

A great addition to the set of Danaher DVD's helped fine-tune the understanding of these movements and gives a new perspective i.e (mindless warm-up drills to meaningful movements that will help during a live roll).
Excellent Instructional, detailed and practical. I was immediately able to apply theses drills and up my positional escape percentages.
Great stuff. John does a great job of breaking down fundamental movements that are essential for this sport. Very well explained are the techniques, but also concepts behind them too. I would recommend any of Johns works to anyone training BJJ.

Wonderful set of videos while staying indoors during the lockdown.
Great details
Detail.
John does a fantastic job at teaching the fundamental importance of the fundamentals, adding more complexity and details to basic moves and positions I was previously not aware of. As a white belt, these lessons are invaluable, setting the foundation for my bjj game.
This training program has been instrumental to ensuring I am able to stay sharp with my movement's while away from the gym: by still training the mind and body. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to diversify their training.
Informative, and a great way to improve at home!
Already helping me and my family
a wonderful collection of instructional videos
An excellent tutorial on some of the basic core drills that can be carried out at home.
This would be an excellent video under any circumstances, but in the middle of a pandemic when we can’t help but train alone, it’s worth even more. Deep bow of thanks for putting it out free right now.
