Practice makes perfect and this DVD can add some extra ideas to your daily solo drilling. John Danaher takes the time to explain the importance and necessity of correct solo drilling when access to a training partner is unavailable or to just simply compliment your training.
Outstanding! Can’t thank you enough for this clear and decisive demonstration, And it’s free, incredibly kind of Mr Danaher ...considering all that’s going on in today’s world,This has really helped me in isolation, and given me a reason to get up and get to grips with these wonderful drills 🤘
Thank you for the generous gift at a time we all need it :)
Danaher is brilliant as always
I wish I had understood the body mechanics that are shown here early on. They are more important than any technique. As most classes progress now, these body mechanics are rarely the focus, certainly not in the detail presented here; students learn the mechanics by trial and error, and if you are not athletic, the odds are against you. What is shown in this video is not only for solo work at home during Covid, I think these should be part of drilling in every class with the same demand made for correct technique as is presented in the video.
Awesome!
An absolute must.
