  There is a lot of philosophy. But a ton of great techniques that didn’t see before or saw and didn’t understand. You may need to watch on fast speed at some parts. He is still the best.

  I love coach Melanson’s ability to merge MMA , BJJ, Catch Wrestling and Judo (any other grappling art that I forgot to mention). This guard system looks to be complicated but effective if you spend the time developing it. I love that you can keep from getting knocked out on the bottom while attaching submissions from everywhere. Highly recommended.

  As usual I enjoyed every moment of Niels very own brand of "dry" humor and his Uke chuckling under his breath during the entire instructional. Niels' K Guard was just what I needed to experiment with. I've had success getting people into K guard and they often don't know what the F to do as I off balance. Submissions and sweeps next.
