  Roy dean has a wonderful way of making things looks buttery smooth and clear demonstration /explanations. Wrist-locking is a great part of keeping your opponent in check at times and very useful to create openings for better opportunities.. sometimes you even get a full submission. Recommend this to anyone wanting to incorporate wrist locks into their strategy

• Low Quality

  This had some good information, but it was really just a hodgepodge of old videos thrown together. All of the videos here were clearly made before BJJFanatics.com even existed. The third of the four chapters was just footage of him teaching a random class and barely even covered any wrist locks. For anyone interested in wrist locks, this should NOT be the video series that you choose to spend your money on.
