One of the best Foot Attacks Ever
This is definitely one of the best foot attacks ever!!! Especially for IBJJF... I re-watch this instructional often. Everyone keeps attacking footlocks, but they always forget the Estima Lock!!! But that's when you catch them with it!!!

Worth a revisit!!!
I feel like with all of the hype on heel hooks, people forgot about the Estima lock!!! This instructional is definitely work the revisit!!! I've forgotten about some of these set-ups but I'm definitely going to reintroduce them into my game!!!
