Good ****. Brilliant instructor.
Danaher providing details like noone else. Sometimes a bit repetitive but great content.
I have reviewed this instructional a few times and have tested it a lot of the techniques. It is worth it.

If you are a serious competitor you need this.
For those looking to get to grips with fundamentals of no gi stand up, this is perfect. It’s mostly about the single leg takedown but covers how to set it up, what to do when it fails and important fundamentals that I was getting wrong.
Danaher is my go to instructor. And his new dvds suits me well. Easy to understand and adapt
It's been awesome implementing even the basic sections of this and seeing immediate feedback with myself and the guys I train with. It's wild how effective it is early in practice.
Some of the most effective techniques
Good instructional
Greatly helped my takedown game
John is simply the best teacher
I have all of JD's standing instructionals...They are all great but this one really ties them all together, in my opinion, because it takes a lot of what is in the other ones and organizes them in a flowchart that is very easy to learn, yet super effective. Ever since watching this and studying it, I am never confused on the feet and always know what I should be doing and what my goals/options are from every situation. This instructional does exactly what the title promise.
Got to love JD's almost scientific approach to teaching bjj, the way prime numbers are like bricks and composite numbers walls in mathermatics John breaks the game down into prime numbers then carefully and methodically rebuilds the wall brick by brick, showing students not only whre each brick goes but why it goes there.
Best Standing instructional I've seen.
Another great instructional from the GOAT coach! Highly recommend, made an immediate impact on my game!
Thorough explanations from one of the best coaches. Will get far with only studying this.
Standing Position
The Fastest Way: To Becoming Effective In Standing Position by John Danaher
A comprehensive encylopedia of improving in takedown skills. Even in a no-gi context it is still suited very well to apply these concepts in the go.
