Good depth of wrestling fundamentals and strategies adopted to jiu-jitsu
John does his trademark deep dive into one of the true “Ninja” moves in grappling. He shows you how to add it to your game and keep it working after your training partners have gotten wise to it. Love this one. It’s a must have for any grappler whether you are stand or on your back. 🙏
One of my favorite instructionals
Tons of details as usual, great stuff
Made me way for effective standing
Super detailed. Includes basics and high percentage takedowns. Highly recommend
great details
good details from standing
John Danaher's insights in The Fastest Way: To Becoming Effective In Standing Position are incredibly clear and practical. His breakdown of techniques makes high-level grappling accessible to all.
Nice simple system, easy to implement. Fastest way series is excellent, John has hit his stride as an instructor so much good info
the instructor has a deep understanding of the topic and can explain in ways that I haven't seen others be able to do. it's quite academic, the way he breaks down the technique. if you like very short how to videos , this may not be for you.
Very good !
He really explains to a non wrestler whats going on during standup
This is a thorough introduction to the standing position, that gives you good insights into offensive and defensive gripping and stance, and a simple system for takedowns, based around single legs, and how to connected those to a variety of different takedowns
Excellent and practical methodology.

Only the first part will be a big help in your stand up game.
Danaher has a way of breaking things down that just makes sense. His attention to detail is unreal, and he structures everything so well that you always know exactly what to focus on. If you want a clear, systematic approach to learning, his instructionals are the way to go.
good info Danaher is the master
Leveled up my stand up game
Simple. Effective. I started hitting single legs after one week of watching
It is what you would expect from john. Clear, simple and effective. I started hitting single legs on folks at my gym after the first week! Love it
Video and instruction is top notch. Only complaint is that you do not send a dvd for it. Having to be online and never getting the dvd anymore really restricts the amount of sales you have.
great overview for a relatively novice practitioner that didn't spend his high school and university years wrestling.
