Excellent instructional on half guard.
Brilliant, thorough instructional on Lachlan's Half Guard game. Very clear layout, every aspect is clearly explained and the delivery is well thought through. I keep coming back to this one for the details. Highly recommended.

A very detailt and informativ instructional. It shows a lot of set-ups and position with view from a lot of angels. To every Technik is a scene from a Specific roll with the used Technik. The Narreted Rolls are gread for understanding and also very entertaining. It's about 60h of Video so you get a lot of bang for your Bug. When you see this on sale BUY IT
