Roger goes basically through techniques that I learnt my first six months of training over 20 years ago. However the devil is in the details. He gives little tips and pointers that separate success from failure wheter it is a sweep, control position or finish.

I got to meet Roger Gracie this year. He instantly improved my guard. He uses simple fundamentals that will develop your guard. You can watch this and apply this very fast. I have many videos on guard. I like how he teaches you to simply finish and gives you a straight path to the finish line.

Roger uses simple and basic BJJ, simple but so advanced is what is like. As a white belt I need good foundations to advance. I can only recommend his closed guard videos.

I have Roger's mount system video as well and his material is spot on. I am a white belt of 3 months at the time of writing this review and each time I go through a Roger video it helps my game so much. I appreciate how much emphasis he puts on control 1st.
