Great stuff
If you like to play Z guard then this instructional will open your eyes to new and creative ways to attacks from the position. Craig Jones is a master of the sport and a great teacher.
This instructional is full of great techniques. If you want to learn some nice attacks from Z guard get this instructional.
I love all of Craig's DVDs. Short and to the point
Great instructional!
This video is very good. Improved my bottome fame immensely
Craig breaks stuff down so its easy to follow and then apply on the mats. The order he goes through the Z Guard helped me to immediately apply the opposite side knee cut defense.
Killer moves!!!!
Craig Jones is great at explaining all the the ins and outs of Z-Guard!
This became an integral part of my game. Excellent techniques and concepts
Love this tape! Bought it a while back and alot of the moves are effective and you can chain them seamlessly.
I was already good at z guard but obviously Craig Jones is the master, so I added a lot of details and techniques from this instructional to my game. I love this style of teaching, there's a balance between explaining all the key details but also not over explaining and making you bored lol
good overview of basic positions/moves
Lots of useful setups and retention for Z guard. Ended up refunding for the newer Z guard instructional, but worth it on a sale.
Great stuff!
Craig's game of playing wrong sided Z-guard was what made me want to play it in my rolls in the first place. His massive success attacking the legs from that position was all it took to convince me I had to learn the secrets of this half guard variation. This instructional goes a long way in teaching you those secrets and small details, as well as some common and uncommon offensive sequences. Definitely worth picking up, especially at the price.
Very good.
Love it!
Good stuff
Great instructional
I thought I had a good knee shield before, now the variety of overhook attacks and reverse dela riva stuff have made a big difference
Good, informative instructional. Even with a little bit of time practising it with a training partner, the foundations of the Z guard are really improving. Can't wait to drill it more :)
Great breakdown of z guard, reverse de la heeeeeeva. he's an awesome teacher
Amazing content!
Craig is always producing great content and this is no exception. It's easy to follow and incorporate quickly. I highly recommend.
