NICE Z guard
Great instructional with good details and helpful guidance to improve your z-guard. Really enjoyed the video. Craig Jones is a great teacher.

Gave me a new aspect to my game I love it cause it’s helping enter in some leg locks witch I’m studying and trying to learn
Craig Jones Z Guard Encyclopedia is fantastic it has helped my z guard game go from 0 to great!
Great instruction to basic half guard z guard and detailed approach to technique
I was able to pull off several moves the same night I started this instructional. Didn’t even need to rep the moves before hitting them because Craig Jones is so good at breaking down the content of the instructional.
Craig Jones is very clear with his instructional. He's a great teacher and this is a guard I find myself in quite often being a bigger guy. I just wish it was longer. Still 9/10!
Great content
Excellent instructional, improved my game immediately. Some really good details. Really well explained. Would recommend.
Great teacher
This is my 3rd Craig Jones instructional and they are all excellent.
Easy to follow. Clearly explained. When we are allowed back to training my game is going to go through the roof.
This has really helped my confidence to try riskier submissions attempts. I find it easy to fall back to this z guard position and easily attack and put my opponent on the defense with all the options Craig has laid out. Good stuff mate.
Amazing teaching by Craig, its more than just drills he clearly explains why he is doing each technique and how it can be modified. Along with Faria he is one of the best one bjj fanatics.
He explain everything in his style, and it´s exactly what he use in his Battles. I like the way he teach his Technique. Totally worth it if it´s your style of fighting.
the instructor is teaching the techniques very good its easy to understand
As always Craig explains all ‘minor’ details that make the difference
Craig’s a good instructor. The stuff has saved my *** many times already while rolling. Very usefull basics to use right away & more advanced stuff to work on later as well.
Jones nailed it. He doesn’t do it with too much information. Instead he smartly emphasizes control over a few major principles to apply universally. The emphasis on control and harmonizing Z, X and DLR is great. I applied his concepts upon first viewing and am enjoying drilling some of the finer points. His points of control have really helped me where there used to be scrambles. This will 100% improve any game.
I have been using this system for a few weeks now and it works wonders, even against bigger opponents.
I never seen so good skill
Very good attention to detail.
While I would have liked to see more on his coverage of reverse de la hiva...his approach to Z guard has already been influential in my game. Worth a look
