John's information is amazing as always I am super satisfied with this instruction
I always hated triangles. I'm not tall and have short legs. It was never my go to move. This video completely changed my understanding. The concept of removing the shoulder, knee below ear and using scoop grips etc. (insert many additional details...) were awesome. I don't use all 5 triangles but, in addition to getting better at the front triangle, am hitting ushiro sankaku and the one from dorsal kimura position (name escapes me). There are some great partner drills as well.
Great details and entries for getting triangles and transitioning from one triangle to another or to joint locks.
As a white belt I learn alot from Johns videos. Even thought I have not finished this triange series it's given me enough little details to improve my Triangle. Really good stuff that I havent heard or sceen before.
Amazing.
Triangles from everywhere!
This dvd made a read difference in my triangle game
Great systematic approach to the triangle even for people with short legs.
Very detailed course on 5 variations of the triangle choke. A lot to take in but a must for anyone who wants to become a triangle master.
awesome content
The absolute best video on this material.
BJJ Fanatics is the best. Thank you to everyone involved with this company. Keep up the good work you are making a difference.
Awesome Instruction. Danaher is the best
Learn't so much from this instructional. As a short legged person I thought the triangle was not for me. But this instructional showed me so many ways to execute traingles and make them work. My favourite part is there are so many set ups from different positions.
I have a lot of JD instructionals, and this one might be his best IMO. Really opens the triangle game up way more as I only knew about the front triangle & back triangle. Only to discover that there are 3 other triangles to finish with.
What a deep dive into the amazing realm of the elusive triangle choke submission. Such a thorough walkthrough. If you want to improve your game, look no further!
I would never go for triangles because if you miss it you’re vulnerable to get passed, but I knew it’s such a great tool if you can do it well. After learning all the details of how to really triangle somebody I feel good about shooting trap triangles from bottom. Never knew anything but the front triangle and would botch any rear triangle until this. Strangles are better than joint locks and your legs are more powerful than your arms so why not learn everything about strangling with your legs from John Danaher?
One of the moist versatile techniques in Jiujitsu. You get to strangle some ones neck with your legs. A must learn technique indeed!
Lots and lots of details and little adjustments, loved it.
I was really only familiar with the front triangle (omote sankaku as John calls it), this instructional will open your eyes to a whole different world of triangles. And John will show you proper mechanics to make your triangles 1000x tighter, and able to triangle even the broadest shouldered opponents.
I've always been someone that shied away from Triangles but this has really helped me. Especially attacking the different versions. Side triangle has become a go to for me now.
Extremely detailed and useful
Phenomenal instructional as always, John danaher explains everything in a concise and clear manner
Danaher is extremely detailed. I am already enjoying the breakdown and extra grapple food. Will take awhile to finish videos with training.
Due to my tree trunk legs, I thought this technique was closed to me. Danaher showed me otherwise. Worth every penny.
