Mr. Danaher's Back Attack series is a must-have for anyone blue belt and above. For years, I had been told to fall to the choking arm side while on someone's back. Not only does Mr. Danaher show that the underhook side is effective, but he also goes into incredible detail to demonstrate how you can control your opponent and methodically work towards submissions. Bravo!

I always knew that taking the back was such a great position but maintaining it was always the hard part. This amazing instructional from the great John Danaher has had me becoming a full time nuisance to all my training partners and getting more taps than a blind man’s cane. I can’t rate this highly enough, all the key details that John provides have led to a wealth of knowledge that I wouldn’t have found on my own. Do not look at the price and think I can’t afford that, what you can’t afford, is to miss out on the knowledge provided by one of the greatest martial arts minds ever. Purchase,study,implement…..STRANGLE!
