JD's got your back!
Gives a really great system to follow when you have back control
this reviews been a long time coming. i studied this video in the middle of covid on a grappling *****. it's been the foundation of my backattacks and have helped me to understand the fundamentals necessary to be a threat from the back.
Improved my back take just by spending some time on a few select things. Amazing.
This is a great foundational instructional if you are looking to start your back attack journey.
I've been practicing this since it came out. I thought I was decent at taking the back and finishing.....this changed the whole way I play. Hand fighting, rotational finish, head trap, underhook side, overhook side, diagonal control - so many great concepts ! John Danaher is the gold standard.
Good for those who want to understand theoretically.
Great details must buy for any bjj player .
One of the most useful instructional I’ve purchased.
Very detailed for any level, highly recommend
very detailed
I'm a 2 stripe white belt who has been training a year, and before studying this instructional I struggled to maintain the back on even brand new white belts, nevermind finishing from the back. Since then I have had loads of success with the straight jacket system, trapping arms and finishing RNS. I even managed to tap a blue belt a few weeks ago! Furthermore I finished with a RNS in a recent local comp and I could hear Danaher whispering sweet sweet strangling mechanics in my ear as I finished. Incredible instructional and highly recommended, however be prepared to watch 1.5x speed.
I have watched this series multiple times and still find golden nuggets of wisdom for something I thought I understood well.
First video has been great so far! I get caught in a lot of head and neck moves that leave me sore for days so I’m excited to understand this better.
So many details I have never been taught. Kimuras are great for controlling your opponent and lead to so many other attacks.
Incredible! The content in this video series could last you your entire BJJ career!
I have short muscular legs and the details he shares make triangles feel possible for me!
Clear and precise instructional! I'm learning so much more about controlling the back, and then how to attack.
This is my one of the best backattacks instruction! best of best!
This was the first fanatics series I bought years ago. Good information but I feel like they could release abridged versions of all danahers stuff
This instructional showed me how little I knew about back attacking. Took my game to another level.
excellent video. on the short list of my absolute favorites.
Has really helped my finishes on the back!
great
