Different way to approach your bottom game
Wrestling is the future.
Craig goes over various unique ways to play from bottom that aren't taught anywhere else. He shows how to wrestle up if people don't want to engage and various ways to reverse them when they do. This is a unique perspective on how to play from the bottom position, from one of the greatest grapplers in the world.

Muy bueno
Exactly what I was looking for to improve my game. I come from a wrestling background. So my mains focus has always been learning to work off my back. This series is incredible especially if you have some wrestling experience.
The reverse Z guard is great technique in this video. Definitely recommend this one
Craig covers a massive amount of material without filler. Easy to recognize the places where it integrates into my game.
This instructional absolutely changed the way I think about guard and bottom position. Head and hip height will be something I never forget now.
Power Bottom is consistently cited as one of the best instructionals, per r/bjj. Just sayin.
