  This instructional is powerful. Learning how to Turtle and stand up as options from bottom is invaluable. It really frustrates opponents and sets up the traditional jiujitsu sweeps quite a bit more. I would say that learning how to play reverse z guard has also been invaluable to my guard retention. It saves from what would nearly be my back being taken or me being smashed to an opportunity to off balance, sweep or stand up. I 100% recommend getting this instructional if you want to diversify your bottomed game. This instructional along with Just Stand Up are game changers, especially when combined
